Deliveries are made to street addresses only, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm). A signature may be required unless Authority to Leave has been provided.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery time frames are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Free Freight for Trade

Free freight is available to eligible customers under the following conditions:

  • Order value must exceed $300 Ex. GST in a single transaction
  • Delivery address must be within the metro region of a capital city where we have a branch
  • Order must not include exclusion items

Exclusions (Free Freight Not Applicable):

  • Items exceeding 1.2 metres in length (e.g. telomasts, large cabinets)
  • Bulky, oversized, or special freight items requiring manual handling
  • Regional, remote, or offshore locations
  • Orders requiring multiple pallets

Contact your nearest branch to purchase any exclusion items.

Flat Rate Freight

Orders that do not meet free freight eligibility will incur a $35.00 ex GST flat rate shipping fee.

  • Applies to Australian capital cities and major regional centres
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or non-serviced locations
  • Oversized or heavy shipments may incur extra costs
  • Special delivery requirements may result in additional charges

Customers will be contacted prior to dispatch if extra charges apply.

Hand & Tailgate Deliveries

Shipments over 25kg, or those requiring mechanical unloading or a tailgate lift, may incur additional charges. These charges will be advised during order processing.

Service Limitations

  • Some locations may fall outside our freight network
  • Freight availability is subject to carrier coverage
  • International shipping is not available

Damaged or Lost Goods

Please inspect all goods upon delivery.

  • Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 3 working days
  • Claims outside this period may not be accepted

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item).

Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks, including:

  • Transit time (5–10 business days)
  • Processing time (3–5 business days)
  • Bank processing time (5–10 business days)

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details.

Customer Pick Up / Click & Collect

You may elect to pick up your items from one of our branches during normal weekly business hours or have your own courier pick up from our premises.
