Returns PolicyYou may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Delivery & ShippingDelivery’s will only be made to street address’s, during business hours on weekdays between 8am-4.30pm signature may be required, without an authority to leave. Bitek p/l cannot guarantee delivery times. Bitek p/l will not deliver to PO Boxes. Regional or offshore deliveries within or outside the Australian mainland, oversize or odd shaped products, multiple pallets of goods may incur further freight charges, before delivery is made and are excluded from our $35.00 ex GST, flat rate shipping. Please contact your nearest branch for information on extra charges. International shipping is not available. Freight Charges & Payment MethodsOur flat rate $35.00 ex GST charge, covers all Australian capital cities and major regional centres. Other areas or remote locations may incur a further freight charge. Some locations & postcodes may be out of the area serviced by our freight forwarders. Please contact us to confirm your location and freight costs. You will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm any extra freight charges. All prices are in Australian Dollars and exclude GST Hand or Tailgate DeliveriesAny shipment over 25kgs may need to be mechanically unloaded or requiring a tailgate lift will require an extra freight charge, to be advised at time of order processing. Damaged or Lost GoodsWe recommend you immediately inspect any goods at the time of delivery to ensure all is correct, with no damaged or lost items. Any claims need to be made within 3 working days from date of receipt from freight forwarder. |
