Delivery & ShippingDeliveries are made to street addresses only, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm). A signature may be required unless Authority to Leave has been provided. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery time frames are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Free Freight for TradeFree freight is available to eligible customers under the following conditions:

Contact your nearest branch to purchase any exclusion items. Flat Rate FreightOrders that do not meet free freight eligibility will incur a $35.00 ex GST flat rate shipping fee.
Customers will be contacted prior to dispatch if extra charges apply. Hand & Tailgate DeliveriesShipments over 25kg, or those requiring mechanical unloading or a tailgate lift, may incur additional charges. These charges will be advised during order processing. Service Limitations
