Amplifiers

TV signal amplifiers are used within antenna and distribution systems to increase signal levels and help compensate for losses caused by cable runs, splitters and multi-outlet distribution. Different amplifier formats are available for masthead, terrestrial, satellite, CATV and combined signal applications.

Our range includes UHF, VHF and combined VHF/UHF masthead amplifiers, multi-input launch amplifiers, terrestrial distribution amplifiers, satellite IF amplifiers, splitter amplifiers and broadband distribution models. Options are available for residential antenna installations as well as larger MATV, commercial and multi-dwelling distribution systems.

Amplifier selection should be based on the received signal conditions, required frequency range, gain, number of outlets and overall distribution design. Excessive amplification can be as problematic as insufficient signal, so installers should select and configure amplification according to the requirements of the system.
