Description
GECKO S300T is a Neutral cure (non-acid, based on polysiloxane), single component silicone construction sealant. It is sag resistant and weatherproof, which makes it ideal for sealing flashings and rainwater accessories and will not corrode zinc or zinc/aluminium galvanised steel. It is suitable for standard building and construction joints. GECKO silicone sealant has excellent physical properties and is designed to provide outstanding durability, excellent UV resistance and weather resistant performance. GECKO silicone sealant is multi-purpose and ready to use.
Typical Uses:
- Sealing roof flashings
- Sealing lap joints in gutters, down pipes & other sheet metal components
- Sealing flashings to chimneys and flues
- Sealing around roof ventilators, skylights and other penetrations
- General plumbing and Exterior applications
